The purpose of this study was how CNN and NBC News represents Iran's Nuclear negotiations with Iran and P5+1 in Vienna, using Fairclough critical discourse analysis at three levels of description, interpretation and explanation. The statistical population included 52 news of CNN and NBC channels from which 12 news released in July 1395 were selected as a sample. The findings showed that these channels by representing the US as savior of the world and a negative image of Iran because of achieving atomic bombs, interfering in the region, and supporting terrorism, tried to make Iran fearful. CNN accused Iran of compulsory concurrence, but NBC represented the concurrence as a powerful factor for Iran and a threat to the security of Israel and Saudi Arabia and struggled that nuclear deal could endanger world peace and put the Middle East at the worst tensions.</em> </strong><br /><strong><em> </em></strong> <strong>فعالیت‌های هسته‌­ای ایران ازجمله موضوعاتی است که طی دهه اخیر، در صدر اخبار رسانه­‌ها، به‌ویژه شبکه‌های امریکا انعکاس می­‌یابد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، دستیابی به نحوه بازنمایی سی­‌ان‌­ان و ان­‌بی­‌سی از مذاکرات هسته‌­ای ایران و 1+5 در وین، با روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی فرکلاف در سه سطح توصیف، تفسیر و تبیین بوده است. جامعه آماری 52 خبر و حجم نمونه 12 خبر سی‌­ان­‌ا‌‌ن و ان‌­بی­‌سی را طی تیرماه 1395 در برمی‌گیرد. بررسی­‌ها نشان می­‌دهد که این شبکه‌­ها، با برجسته کردن نقش امریکا به‌عنوان ناجی دنیا و ارائه چهره‌­ای منفی از ایران در چارچوب دستیابی به بمب اتمی، دخالت در منطقه و حمایت از تروریسم، سعی در ایجاد ایران هراسی دارند. سی‌­ان­‌ا‌ن از تفاهم با امریکا، ایران را به توافق اجباری متهم می­‌کند اما ان­‌بی­‌سی توافق را عامل قدرتمند شدن ایران و خطری برای امنیت اسراییل و عربستان می­‌داند و مدعی است که توافق هسته‌ای می­‌تواند صلح جهانی را به خطر بیندازد و خاورمیانه را با بدترین تنش­‌ها مواجه سازد.</strong> http://cr.iribresearch.ir/article_33306_7c924348fee2c3850fb289bae8431bd2.pdf
