The purpose of the study is to Design a Pattern for Various functions of virtual social networks in ethnic intercultural communication. For this purpose, after reviewing theoretical and empirical backgrounds, the paper was conducted using qualitative method and deep interview. The research data were reached theoretical saturation using deep interview with 20 students from different ethnic groups among universities of Tehran who have been selected by purposeful sampling. The data were analyzed using the Thematic analysis method and then a conceptual model of network measurement was developed. The findings showed that the pattern of virtual social networking functions in ethnic intercultural communication is diverse and consists of three broad categories: Ethnic intercultural effects (including organized themes: cultural sympathy, emotional stability, social initiative, flexibility and mental openness), ethnic identity (including cognitive element, emotional element and value element), and ethnocentrism (including ethnic intolerance, extraneous threats and conflicts, and also intra-group correlations).

Power relations were changed in Iran during the 1980s and 1990s due to the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution. Controversial sign systems created around power relations in revolutionized Iran and affected the social life of children can be identified. The paper deconstructed sign systems and the semantic contention of them in the child and adolescent TV programs of IRIB in two decades after Iranian revolution using the political framework and cultural theory of the child in the Pearce semiotic method, so that the hegemonic identity discourse of each decade would be extracted. The findings showed that during the 1980s, Islamic revolutionary symbols dominated the anti-consumerism, simplicity, and social solidarity within family and educational relationships. The sign systems social implicit area, by instilling a revolutionary identity in conflict with “Other” (the West), prepared children to accept authoritarian relations based on domination. And in the 1990s, overcoming the modern sign system vs traditional sign system, eliminate the patriarchal authority and dominated a relationship with the logic of dialogue on the system of family relations. The audiences’ identity was floated on the pivot of objectivity and subjectivity due to contradictory conception and made it impossible to achieve the concept of childhood.

One of the main pretexts of media attack on Islamic Republic of Iran has been the issue of human rights. BBC Persian is the most professional with the most audience among foreign news media outlet. Also the cases of Narges Mohammadi, Nazanin Zaghari, Omid Kokbabi and Mohammad Ali Taheri are the most frequent cases Among the all human rights cases. The focus’s paper is on BBC Persian and released mentioned cases. Cumulative review of these cases provided comprehensive results. For the purpose of research, qualitative content analysis method has been used with deductive - inductive approach. To get the all data, the 195 BBC website reports related to the research subject, were selected for a period of eight years. Then more than 303 codes were extracted that categorized in 53 groups. The categories, finally, were classified under two main axes of "selecting mainstream subjects" and "mainstreaming techniques". First, BBC identified rival discourses of the Islamic Revolutionary discourse and created mainstream around them. Then, identified different streaming techniques of which 6 are common in all cases of this research. The six techniques mentioned are "highlighting abnormal statements," "increasing the credibility of matching resources," "familiar narrators," "situational labels," "myths," and "proposing unsubstantiated claim".

The purpose of this article is developing an explanatory model of the HRM role for successful implementing open innovation of media industry in IRIB. Given the novelty of open innovation research in the field of media study, especially in Iran, this paper is a fundamental research. The method was mixed method by exploratory mixed techniques. In the qualitative phase, 18 experts from the IPTV area in IRIB were selected to conduct interview using snowball technique. The results were analyzed based on the theme analysis technique. In the second phase, with quantitative approach, was examined the fit of the model extracted from the first phase, based on surveyed media experts in the field of IPTV of IRIB. In order to examine and present the final model, structural equations using the pls.2 software were used. The results showed that human resource management with 4 components of employing human resource, innovative culture of human resources, knowledge management of human resources and human resource improvement have a positive and significant role (0.779) in successful implementation of open innovation in the field of IPTV of IRIB organization.

 <Abstract>
The study tried to extract interpersonal communication demand functions in social networks through review related researches. So that by providing accurate mathematical modeling, it is possible to study users’ behavior in cyberspace and manage potential damage. The analysis unit in the research is social network users. After modeling the method of extracting the demand function in the social media activity environment, in order to examine the feasibility of implementing the proposed method in real space, data was gathered from 621 social network users and then 120 users were selected as a sample after the initial survey. The data needed to implement the proposed model was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire (with acceptable CVR and Spearman coefficient). The method of extraction of demand functions was non-linear logarithmic regression, and one-dimensional nonlinear search algorithm. The findings showed that by combining these two statistical and mathematical methods, it is possible to extract the demand functions for social networks and face-to-face communications.
