So much so that it could be said through these technologies new social movements have played a key role in the civil developments across the world. The present article, first, looks into the important functions of the internet in social movements in terms of theory, and then, to substantiate the relevant theories, it examines Zapatista social movements, protests against World Trade Organization (WTO) and G-8 as well as peaceful movements. The findings show that from the mid-1990s onwards, the internet, through a range of capabilities including e-mail, websites, networking and shaping identity, has had remarkable effects on these movements’ success in mobilizing and encouraging rallies across the world.    }, keywords = {The Internet,New Social Movements,Anti-War Movements,Zapatista,WTO,G-8}, title_fa = {اینترنت، جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید و بسیج اعتراض‌ها (بررسی نظری و مصداقی چند جنبش اجتماعی)}, abstract_fa = {فنّاوری‌های نوین ارتباطی در دهه 1990، به افزایش قدرت جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید، در شکل‌دهی و هدایت افکار عمومی جهانی، اعتراض‌ها و ایجاد چالش‌های جدی برای حکومت‌ها انجامیده‌اند. چنان که می‌توان گفت جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید با بهره‌گیری از فنّاوری‌های جدید رسانه‌ای، نقش بسیار مهمی در تحولات جامعه مدنی جهانی ایفا می‌کنند.در این مقاله، نخست، به کارکردهای مهم اینترنت در جنبش‌های اجتماعی، از حیث نظری پرداخته می‌شود و سپس، به منظور تأیید بحث‌های نظری، جنبش‌های اجتماعی زاپاتیستا، جنبش‌های اعتراضی علیه سازمان تجارت جهانی و گروه 8 و نیز جنبش‌های صلح‌طلبانه، به اجمال بررسی می‌شوند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد، از نیمه دوم دهه 1990 به بعد، اینترنت با قابلیت‌هایی همچون پست الکترونیک، وب سایت‌ها، اطلاع‌رسانی گسترده، شبکه‌سازی و هویت‌سازی، بر موفقیت‌ این جنبش‌ها در تشویق و بسیج اعتراض‌ها در سطح جهانی، تأثیر قابل توجهی داشته است.    }, keywords_fa = {اینترنت,جنبش‌های اجتماعی جدید,جنبش‌های ضد جنگ,زاپاتیستا,سازمان تجارت جهانی,گروه 8}, url = {https://cr.iribresearch.ir/article_23876.html}, eprint = {https://cr.iribresearch.ir/article_23876_b6ec3ffba794ada84d5339e6b5182d96.pdf} }
