چکیده
رسانه ملی نقش به‌سزایی در مدیریت بحران‌های طبیعی دارد؛ چنان‌که مدیریت مؤثر این بحران‌ها بویژه پس از وقوع، بدون نقش‌آفرینی رسانه ملی غیرممکن به‌نظر می‌رسد. مقاله حاضر درصدد تبیین این مسئله است که نقش و کارکرد رسانه ملی در مدیریت بحران‌های پنهان اجتماعی به‌مراتب حیاتی‌تر است؛ به‌این منظور، یکی از این بحران‌های پنهان، یعنی تهدید انسجام ملی مد‌نظر قرار می‌گیرد و کارکردها و کژکارکردهای رسانه ملی در این باره تحلیل می‌شود.در این مقاله، ضمن بررسی راهبرد‌های پیش‌بینی بحران‌های اجتماعی و راهبرد‌های پیشگیری از این بحران‌ها به مدیریت بحران‌های اجتماعی پرداخته می‌شود؛ ضمن اینکه نحوه مدیریت مؤثر بحران قومیت‌ها از طریق رسانه ملی، با هدف تقویت و تحکیم اتحاد و انسجام ملی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
