Peer review process
Pay attention to the essential tips for preparing and sending article:
Submitted articles should not be previously published in any of the domestic or foreign publications.
Corresponding author is in the charge of other authors rights. The journal is not responsible for the claims among authors or between authors and jurisdiction.
The Journal rejects the articles with old and limited resources.
Citing the date, thesis advisor and consulting advisor, the university/organization affiliated to and financial resources of the research project in the articles derived from dissertations or research projects at universities/organizations is necessary.
- The article submitted speculatively will be sent to review by at least three specialist reviewers after initial assessment without author’s name. Final acceptance will be on the editorial board and reviewers’ approval.
- The author is obliged to correct all items recommended by scholars. But corrected items does not constitutes acceptance of the article, instead it will be review again.
- Accepted articles will be published in turn and based on topics. There is a priority for the scholarly researches with aspects of creativity, innovation and up to date resources.
- Authors are responsible for the articles and their views are not necessarily indicating the journal view.
- Articles should be prepared in the form of Word document with the font B_Lotus, 14, and sent to the site of journal by Email. (See Guide For Authors)
- The Journal is permitted to accept, reject, brief, and edit the article, and after accepting, it will not be given back.
- The article acceptance will be proclaimed and certified after final acceptance and printing paper.
- The corresponding author is responsible for the article charges and it is not concern of the journal.
