The State of Communication Components of Good Governance in Improving Social Security (Using the Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Approach)

Abstract
Good governance is one of the various models that scholars have proposed for governance. Special features of this approach made it difference from others. So, it’s been considered and studied increasingly in recent decades. The present study was conducted to study and conceptually analyze the role of components of information and communication technologies good governance approach on improving social security. The main question of the present study is which of these components has the greatest role in strengthening social security? The research conducted by fuzzy hierarchical analysis (FAHP). Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire based on pairwise comparisons from a sample consisting of 13 experts in the field of media management (qualitative part) and 66 experts in management science and media management (quantitative part) in 1399. The results showed that information flows have the greatest impact on the development of security in Iran, followed by bilateral communication between people and government, and transparency of decisions.
