Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the indicators and evaluate the performance of sports programs of provincial broadcasts based on the 720-degree performance evaluation model. The statistical population is all stakeholders, suppliers, families and foreign customers of the sports programs of the provincial broadcasts. First, 14 experts were interviewed in order to identify the indicators, and by open, axial and selective coding, finally, 83 open codes, 20 axial codes and 7 selective codes were obtained. In the quantitative stage, after preparing the questionnaire, according to Morgan table, 196 questionnaires were distributed and collected in two stages (before and after feedback) in the summer of 1399. The results showed that the indicators of scientific needs assessment and scientific studies and the use of up-to-date science were in a favorable condition in terms of the outer layer. After providing feedback to the officials, the results of the questionnaire again in the fall of 1399 showed that the indicators were in good condition. In order to examine the changes between before and after the feedback, the Kruskal-Wallis test was used, which showed that the changes before and after the feedback was significant. As the performance of provincial sports programs was not in good condition in many indicators, so it is necessary to pay more attention to the important indicators of sports programs and better monitoring and planning to improve the quality of these programs by officials and practitionars.
