Pathology of Azeri Channel Programming Strategy of the Universal Sahar Network TV

Abstract
Many strategic management experts believe that the strategy designed for each organization is not definitely complete. It would be compelet during the implementation and due to the changing circumstances and emerging the unpredictable problems, the strategy essentially would be damaged and change. The purpose of the research was pathology of Azeri channel programming strategy of the universal Sahar network TV. The damages were detected by comparison the strategy and content of the Azeri channel, and identified their differences. The differences are the neglected points of strategy thet are observed during implementation stage. In the research conducted by quantitative content analysis method, Sahar TV programs were analyzed for mounth October in 2016 as a full population survey including 270 non-repetitive programs (8698 minutes).
Some of the damages or neglected items are: Promoting Iranian-Islamic life style; introducing Iranian medical abilities and achievements; Introducing business and investment opportunities between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan; the emphasis on Iran's authority, security and national unity; observing, studying and explaning the political developments in the Republic of Azerbaijan; analyzing and dissecting the Qarabagh issue; analyzing the religious, social, cultural and economic problems of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding different dimensions; Observing, studying and explaning the political developments and practices in Turkey; dissecting and explaining US policies in the region and the world; observing and analyzing Russia's policies and practices in the international community.
