Identifying Iranian News Agency Journalists' Patterns of Motivation for Creativity

Abstract
Motivation is an important element of creativity based on multiple patterns. The present study seeks to answer the question of what are the patterns of Iranian news agencies reporters’ motivation for creativity and what is more important if there are different mental models. The research method was Q. 25 participants were selected using purposive sampling and each completed Q chart. The data of completed charts were entered into SPSS software to identify mentalities. Factors were identified through factor analysis and forming scoring arrays. The findings showed that there were 7 factors related to the research topic. These 7 mental patterns form about 71% of the participants' minds. According to the results, the reporters of domestic news agencies have developed motivational dynamics, and their main motivation is motivational synergy.
