The unit of analysis in this study was "item". The findings showed that most of the TV programs in this field were in the form of expert interviews and discussions and were produced with an educational and promotional approach for couples and families; Experts in the field of psychology have been present in these programs more than other experts. Most of the programs dealing with sexual abnormalities and disorders have dealt with sexual perversions. On the other hand, most programs related to sexual perversion have dealt with sexual desire disorder. some dimensions of the programs were highlighted, so all topics, approaches, experts, etc. had no opportunity to be brought up and had not been represented properly. The results of this research can increase the awareness of managers, programmers and those involved in the production of TV sexual health programs and help them reduce the weaknesses and strengthens the favorable points.
