Human resources in any organizations are among the strategic resources for acquiring competitive advantage. Given that radio producers play a key role in creating radio programs, there is high potentiality to strategically do planning and investment for employment of the current and future producers' capacities in this regard.
This article examines the whole professional process Iranian radio producers go through and defines the attributes and indicators required by producers to be employed in radio in future. Using grounded theory as well as the research data and axial coding, the article proposes an inclusive paradigm for employing radio producers. Based on Strauss and Corbin, selective coding was done and, accordingly, a model to optimize the process of employing producers for radio was proposed.
