چکیده

کودکان در موقعیت­‌های ترافیکی آسیب‌پذیرند اما در زندگی شهری، حضور آنان در موقعیت‌های ترافیکی اجتناب­ناپذیر است. بنابراین آموزش‌مهارت­های‌ ترافیکی برای حفظ ایمنی آنان ضرورت دارد. آموزش ترافیک به لحاظ آماده ساختن کودکان برای ایفای نقش به‌عنوان شهروندان مسئول در بزرگسالی نیز حائز اهمیت است. نظر به ظرفیت برنامه‌های کودک تلویزیون برای آموزش ترافیک، در مقاله حاضر، متونی از دو برنامه تلویزیونی مختص کودکان (رنگین‌کمان و هزار‌و‌شصت‌و‌شونزده) بر اساس سه رویکرد عمده در آموزش ترافیک بررسی شده است. تحلیل نشانه‌شناسی متون حاکی از آن است که هرچند پیام‌های آموزشی صریح، توصیه­ هایی را برای ایمنی کودکان در موقعیت‌های ترافیکی ارائه می‌کنند، اما بازنمایی تصویری انفعالی و ناتوان از شخصیت‌های کودک و کمبود آموزش‌های عملیاتی، توانمندسازی آنان را در کنش‌های ترافیکی تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد. همچنین تأکید بر ایمنی شخصی، بعد مسئولیت اجتماعی را در آموزه‌های مربوط به جامعه‌پذیری تضعیف می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

Children are vulnerable to traffic situations, but in urban life, they inevitably are in traffic situations. Therefore, training traffic skills is essential to safe them. Traffic education is also important in terms of preparing children being responsible citizens in adulthood. Considering the capacity of baby TV programs to train traffic, in this article, texts from two specific children's programs (“Rangin Kaman” and “Hezaro Shasto Shounzdah”) have been studied based on three major approaches to traffic education. Semantic analysis of texts suggests that, while explicit educational messages provide recommendations to safe children in traffic situations, disable and inactive images of children as their personality is represented, and the lack of practical training influences empowering them in traffic actions. Also, the emphasis on personal safety undermines social responsibility in societal teachings.
